Accommodation General

Rocklands Hostel does not offer casual accommodation. Our minimum period of stay is six weeks. Residents who have checked in and wish to leave within this five week period for whatever reason will surrender their security bond. Residents are also required to provide 14 days written notice of checking out in order to be refunded their security bond.

Rae Single (Medium – 7.4sq mtrs)
Contains: Single bed, Set of bed linen, Wardrobe, Chest of draws, Storage locker, Student Desk & Chair, Carpet, Radiator heater. Mixed accommodation

$400.00 bond/$150.00 weekly rental

Volkerling Single (Large – 9sq mtrs)
Contains: Single bed, Set of bed linen, Wardrobe, Chest of draws, Storage Lockers, Bookcases, Student Desk & Chair, Vanity Unit with Mirror, Radiator heater. Mixed accommodation

$400.00 bond/$160.00 weekly rental

Wiren Single (Large – 9sq mtrs)
Contains: Single bed, Set of bed linen, Wardrobe, Chest of draws, Storage Lockers, Bookcases, Student Desk & Chair, Vanity Unit with Mirror, Carpet, Radiator heater. Female only

$400.00 bond/$160.00 weekly rental

Rocklands Hostel has a limited number of Double rooms. Please inquire at reception for availability and rates.

Upon checking in residents are totally responsible for their own room.

Although rent can be paid either by Cash, EFTPOS or Mastercard/Visa we prefer rent to be paid by automatic payment on the anniversary of your date of checking in. Rent arrears in excess of security bond will be referred to our debt collectors and additional fees may apply.
